Provides comprehensive financial support, incubation facilities, professional assistance, and simplified procurement norms. Target: 15,000 startups by 2030. Enhanced with Draft Policy 2025 proposing ₹200 Cr VC fund.

Eligibility Criteria
• Startup must be registered in Delhi (NCT of Delhi)
- Incorporated as Private Limited Company, LLP, or Partnership Firm
- Not older than 10 years from date of incorporation
- Annual turnover not exceeding ₹100 crore in any financial year
- Working towards innovation, development, or deployment of new products/services/processes
- DPIIT recognition required (Startup India registered)
- Should not be formed by splitting or reconstruction of existing business
- Must be registered on Delhi Startup Portal
- Preference for:
- Smaller and younger ventures
- Women-led startups
- Startups from marginalized communities
- College student entrepreneurs
- Focus sectors: Tech, IT, Healthcare, Education, Sustainability, Social Impact
